Any member with any concerns is welcome to contact Carol in confidence via email at email@example.com or talk to her on one of the run nights.
In addition to safeguarding, we have dedicated people who members can talk to about mental health. Jonathan, Alex and Gemma are our Mental Health Champions and they can be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or again, you can talk to one of them on a run night.
