Nib is our Lead Coach and writes training plans for Club Members as well as running a variety of training sessions and observing and advising on correct running form.
He is an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness with over 35 years experience of competitive running up to county level on the track, cross country and road.
In addition to his work with the club, Nib creates bespoke training plans which take account of your lifestyle, your ability, your level of fitness and your goals. Where required he provides ongoing support, advice and motivation to help runners realise their full potential and meet their race time goals.
