Another SWTR parkrun First Timer

Lee who has been on our latest beginners course, completed her first parkrun today in 35.57 – with no walking. Bearing in mind that she started with 30 second segments just 10 weeks ago, that is some achievement, and all before her official Graduation on 1 June.

Also out parkruning were Lizzie (25.39), Travis (20.35), Ryan (19.44 – pictured) and Nona who was returning from injury and finished in 39.41.

What better way to start a Saturday morning than a parkrun!
