Great times in the Graham 10K

On a crisp morning with some ice on the ground, Helen S, Nadine, Joe, Ken & Ryan headed off for the Grafham Water 10k.

Ryan finished in 16th overall in a time of 41.04 and he was followed by Joe in his first 10k (51.08), Ken (1.03.18), Nadine (1.05.54) also at her first 10K and Helen who knocked 7 minutes off her previous PB finishing in 1.07.18!
