Another PB & a Graduation

This time the PB belonged to Helen J who knocked 6 minutes off her previous parkrun finishing in 33.46 – what a result! Not to be outdone, 12 year old daughter Isabel ran her first parkrun after joining our None To Run programme in September and run off from mum around the half way point finishing in 30.26!  Amazing! Run Leader Nona was on hand to give Isabel her medal in a break from her ‘unscanables’ role. #wigs4glenys
