New Beginners Group

Today was the first day of our new 12 week beginners programme.

32 new runners turned up at St Judiths to begin the new None To Run programme.

We had a joint warm up with some of our existing runners before setting off on our 30 second run/2 min walk x 8.

I think its fair to say everyone enjoyed themselves! Here’s to the rest of the 12 weeks!
