What a weekend!

10 of our runners signed up to the Ramsey 10k while another 5 were running the Race For Life with their family over at Ferry Meadows.

It was a very hot day and we are still waiting for times to come in.

Nona & Sally were at parkrun on Saturday which was also a hot day.

Our next group parkrun in on 7 July 2018 when our latest cohort of None To Runners will graduate from their 12 week programme.
